Dr. Cheyenne Roohani is an exceptional ENT physician. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained treatment options, and made sure all of my questions were answered. What stood out most was his compassionate bedside manner and attention to detail. I never felt rushed, and he made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. His expertise and dedication to patient care are truly evident. I highly recommend Dr. Roohani to anyone looking for an outstanding ENT specialist. It’s rare to find a physician who combines such excellent medical knowledge with kindness and genuine concern for his patients.
Dr. Roohani did not meet our expectations. When I brought my teenage daughter in for chronic throat clearing, he simply advised us to try over-the-counter PPIs for 30 days, with no follow-up appointment or treatment plan. He offered only to be available by email if we needed anything further. I left the appointment without a clear explanation of her symptoms and a path for resolution. Unsatisfied, I sought a second opinion. The new provider identified inflammation in both her turbinates and nasal passages, and in the back of her throat. They prescribed a six-week treatment plan consisting of a nasal steroid, an H1 blocker, an H2 blocker, and stronger PPIs, along with a scheduled follow-up visit. This approach gave me much greater confidence in the care my daughter was receiving. The aim is for these medications to reduce inflammation enough to stop her throat’s excessive mucus production.
Dr. Roohani is the best, most caring, knowledgeable, understanding, supportive Doctor to ever cross our path! We are so blessed to have him, he has been with us all through the NICU and my daughter’s journey. We absolutely adore him!
