Selling a home during a divorce could have been incredibly stressful, but this amazing team made the process so easy. As a married couple themselves, they were able to divide and conquer communication in a way that helped keep things respectful and smooth without forcing unnecessary interaction between my ex and me. They guided us through every single step, connected us with trusted professionals for repairs and inspection items, and kept us on track with all the to-do lists needed to get the house sold. More importantly, they kept our spirits up during a difficult season and truly cared about helping us move forward. We are extremely happy with everything Chelsea & Josh did to help us purchase a new-build home. Chelsea did a particularly amazing job setting everything up to make it possible for us to get a signed contract, inspection, and pre-closing orientation with the builder all done in the 5 days we were in town. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Chelsea. I lived in NY and was looking to relocate to FL. I was a first-time home buyer and Chelsea had made this experience much less stressful. Being out of state was hard, but Chelsea walked me through everything and was very patient. She always responded right away which was incredibly helpful. She is very personable, trustworthy and has so much knowledge on the home buying/selling process. My family is moving to FL in the future and I already recommended Chelsea to be their Relator. After all, she was the one who found the house I currently own :)
