Chaz The Realtor and Property Management

Chaz was instrumental in getting the sale of my property through closing given some challenging behavior from the Buyer’s real estate agent. Chaz was an advocate for me. I will definitely work with him again when the opportunity arises.

Chaz is hands down the BEST realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He came highly recommended from my coworker and I won’t bother using anyone else but Chaz going forward. He was incredibly professional but also very friendly. Though this was my first time meeting him, he made me feel as if I’d known him my whole life. He gave me honest and unbiased advice when I asked for it and did an incredible job keeping me in the loop about everything. I really look forward to the next time I’ll get to use him!

We recently used Chaz to close on our 11th property and couldn’t be happier! Chaz was incredibly attentive, communicative, and prompt. He really advocated for us and went above and beyond to help us get settled. His knowledge of the area is extensive. You will not be disappointed with Chaz representing you!

I had the awesome opportunity of working with Chaz on my latest home purchase. He was spot on matching my requirements and made the buying experience extremely easy and quick. He held my hand through each step of the process and was always available to help with any detail. I have never had such a wonderful experience working with a realtor and have worked with many over the years. I highly recommend Chaz to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home. You will not be disappointed!
