Charming Nails

This was my 1st visit to this nail spa. At first I was very hesitant because the lady that gives you the prices was very condescending and aggressive. But the ladies that took care of me and my daughter felt the tension and they changed the whole situation. They began talking to me and making jokes which caused me to relax and realize that they all don’t stereotype people of color.. WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME… My nails and my daughter’s nails were so beautiful. I will go back but I know who to deal with next time.

5 stars because this is my usual spot. I love the environment and the complementary wine/champagne. I NEVER and rarely have to wait when I walk in without an appointment. Tina is amazing there, she ensures everyone leaves with a good experience.

I took my great grandma in for her 85th Birthday and let me say the experience was AMAZING. The lady who did my toes was not only super sweet and amazing but SHOUTOUT to the lady who did my grandmas toes. We came in as a walk in anround 3:30 ish and only had to wait about fifteen minutes to get done for the both of us. The ladies were super accommodating to my grandma and she also really enjoyed her experience. They were also very patient and understanding of her health and even helped her sit, walk, etc. They gave us some waters aswell and I really enjoyed the experience and my grandmother did aswell. I definitely would recommend coming here. I personally don’t think the pricing is bad bcs we both got gel for our toes and really relaxing pedicures. I tipped them both what I would say is pretty decent because I truly enjoyed my experience. If yall are reading this Thank you so much and we will be back. 😊🫶
