Longtime customer of Charlie's. AC unit stopped working. A phone call and a technician was at my door within a few hours. Levi was very courteous and professional and fixed the issue quickly. Over the years have been very happy with Charlie's service.
Eric is great. He has been our tech for a couple of years of years. He is always friendly and very respectful of our time, house, and even our dog. He answers all our questions and tell us about any potential issues.
Another very professional and friendly tech from Charlie's Tropic came to our home and quickly went to work testing and performing maintenance on our air-conditioning systems. We have always received top notch service from the firm.
Russell, my HVAC tech, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and worked quickly and efficiently to repair my AC system. I'm so grateful and impressed with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend Charlie's Tropic to my neighbors, friends and family.
I just had John, Andrew, Sam, and Gabe install our new system. I can’t say enough about how polite, clean, and overall professional these four were. It was a wonderful experience.
