Five Stars and beaucoup Kudos to Charlie Thorne's outstanding service during our recent home purchase through him. While still living in California, we used Charlie to find our new Florida home and he was absolutely amazing throughout the process. Not only was he just an incredibly always 'up' and super friendly man throughout, he went way out of his way to provide outstanding service. Every home we showed an interest in, Charlie drove to it and did a complete video of the home and property while providing super-helpful comments about the home, its neighborhood, any potential problems, and he made many great recommendations. Based solely on Charlie's help we found our dream home in Fleming Island and bought it sight-unseen based on his review and comments. It turned out wonderful, we love our new home and its absolutely great location. Thank you so much Charlie, you were just outstanding in all senses of the word! Highly recommended!!!!
I'm super thankful that we found Charlie to help with the home buying process! As first time homeowners, Charlie was super helpful navigating the home buying process and took the time to make sure we ended up in a quality home that we wouldn't have to spend a ton of time and money fixing up. He was super patient and responsive throughout the process and I definitely recommend him.
