She is a very caring provider. I was sick and she took a lot of time with me checking my vials and gave me an antibiotic and told me I should stay home get some rest. She even called to check on me . She has big ❤️. I would recommend her.
I thank God for the direction that sent me to Dr Charlesetta Brown !!!! I feel so cared for like this is my family working at this practice . They are evaluating from the moment you walk in .The assistant saw me squinting and right away , Eye exam and Dr Appt , which was needed !!!! Dr Brown is the resolve to everything I left my prior Dr for . Dr Brown is detailed ! Goes over every blood test . With what ,the normal numbers are where you are and what we are going to do to resolve it ! Dr Brown is dedicated and empathetic to say the least. Saying she is exceptional as well as her office staff is understated. The service is so outstanding in a critical area like health, We all deserve to have Dr like her , who cares for you like you are her mom And I am Telling You ! I'm not going . Its the best office I've ever known , there is no way 'Id ever go . No No No way !!!!
She is very mindful of my time. She is direct and very caring. She's very good about explaining to me. All the details of my test and such, so I always leave with a clear understanding of what's going on. And she always reminds me when i'm beeping that if I have any questions, come up, that I should call. I absolutely love my doctor.
Charlesetta N. Brown, NPRN was able to see me after hospital discharge, same day I called. She listens and was thorough in researching new supplement I took and discover a several ingredients that interacted negatively with my medications and landed me in the hospital with chest pains. It was very fine print at bottom of bottle, that’s hard to notice, stating ‘other ingredients.’ She emphasized in the future let her review OTC supplements. Lastly, in reviewing hospital lab results and giving me checkup, she processed referrals to specialist to get my organs back to my healthy self. Happy with quick and thoroughness of my visit.
Charlsetta Brown is amazing! I thought I had appendicitis but she correctly diagnosed what it really was! She spent a good amount of time with me, as always! I absolutely love her!
