After years of paying thousands of dollars in high fees with Edward Jones and not being able to reach anyone in one of the Jacksonville offices we made the switch to Schwab. The help we got from Justin Dolan and Alex was awesome. We got treated with great respect and never felt like someone is trying to sell you anything else like real estate or life insurances like they did at Edward Jones. We are happy to find Schwab in St. Augustine with great and very helpful team.
Had a terrible time just trying to set up a consultation at this office in St Augustine. Rude on the phone and basically told me I could not schedule an appointment at their office because 3 years ago, before I moved here, I had gone to a Jacksonville office. She said if I wanted to schedule an appointment I had to go to Jacksonville. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE - AND THE CHARLES SCHWAB WEBSITE CAN NOT HANDLE ALL ITS CUSTOMERS - THE LAST TWO DAYS SOME OF THEIR TABS WON'T EVEN LOAD LATE IN THE DAY. BTW - Jacksonville Towncenter Schwab office was great.
I was worried about the reviews from Google, and almost drove to the Jacksonville location instead. I’m glad I didn’t! Minnette was super helpful and friendly. She helped me figure out my documents, and got me in and out quickly. I ended up ahead of schedule today. Thank you!
