Great doctor and good office. He listens and takes his time. I am very happy with him.
It's a very good center group, I just notice there aren't any bilingual secretaries to help Hispanic patients who don't speak English, and even less so for the nurses inside. Aside from that, I have no other complaints. Dr. Charles Balbuena is an excellent doctor, very efficient and caring towards his patients. They should consider having a pharmacy on-site for longer hours, and dentists and a gynecologist would be fantastic too, so patients wouldn't have to leave the office just to get home. Sincerely, a patient who has been using these benefits for years
