  I rented this center almost 2 weeks in advance for my grandson first birthday party on March 24 on a Sunday. No one never confirmed with me that I got approved for the center besides my receipt . I contacted center after a few days of payment and then lady advised oh you where approved for center well when was someone going to tell me. Then she advised need to pay permit for jumping bag I paid that and emailed her still no confirmation of permit I think the lady emailed was Morgan still no one sent me permit. So day of party I arrived at 12 and my jumping bag person was little early he was there also when got there no one was on center was locked lights off etc as if no one had even been there which that was the case I called a number on the window for emergencies at the center a man answered I told him no one here he asked me location and said he will get someone there are you freaking serious so now this pushes back the party start time the set up for Boyce house bumper cars cotton candy machine and bumper cars. So I had to fb and text everyone a message delaying the start time of the party almost a 2 hour delay. A man arrived at the center almost 1pm and asked me did I hve permit? Sir what he advised he didn’t have contract for park due to him got called there he was not working at that location wait what? So who was suppose to be there ? So then I had to reach out to all the vendors for the the things I had for party and change the time from based on the 2 hours push back for party. So I said what I suppose to do about time he said we will give you extra hours . Now party starts 2 hours later and decorating took 4 hours was still decorating while party started smh cause had issue with bounce house which a whole another issue. That day was hectic. So during the party when time to serve food smiled something so bad sour like ughh near back restroom area but came all the way in center area to where food was serviced so man I told man sir do you have bleach smell like sewer can u our bleach in floor part and mop area with bleach which he did but mop was so sour so think of a sour mop and bleach mixed . So it was so horrible my guest was saying hey what is that smell so now I am so upset
