I ordered the large chicken fried rice and a small chicken fried rice and Chans is usually good. The chicken was undercooked and mushy and just not right. So I called to see if I could talk to them and let them know about it and they were very rude to me and told me they were too busy to talk to me and I had to ask them if they were replace my order and then the cook hung up on me. And he argued with me and told me that the chicken was cooked and never once offered to replace my order and just kept telling me that he had sold lots of chicken and I spent $50 up there with them. It was like I was not an important person to them. It was like oh well we have your money already. I will never go back there again and I love going to Chans. Barry said that their Customer service was very unprofessional and rude. They should be considerate of their customers. I will never go back there.
