We had such a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. We tried the pho with steak, spicy basil fried rice, Thai tea, and finished with the fried ice cream for dessert—everything was amazing! The pho was rich and comforting, the fried rice had the perfect amount of spice, the Thai tea was refreshing, and the fried ice cream was the perfect sweet ending. Our server was incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was also very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. On top of that, the prices were very fair for the quality and portion sizes. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
Chai is the man! Fresh food with herbs from his own garden. Had great sushi and thought, "Can the Thai be as good?" It was! Nice and quiet, comfortable inside. Christina and Addie will take great care of you. Attentive and intuitive service from both! A new favorite place to go when I'm in Middleburg.
The good-the staff are nice. The bad-the food was absolutely abhorrent. We live about 5 minutes from this place and we hadn’t yet tried it since the new owner purchased it and wanted to give it a shot based on the positive reviews. We went there on a Sunday at 1pm and were the only customers in the place. Not a good sign so we decided to start small with a couple appetizers to test the waters. Good thing we did. Beep, beep, beep ominously could be heard within 1 minute or so after the server putting in our order. About 5 minutes later and after multiple instances of chef Mic(rowave) “cooking” the food, it was placed in front of us. Who on Gods green earth microwaves a spring roll?? The “authentic” Thai dumplings were absolutely cooked by chef Mic and not steamed, or if they were steamed, they were probably a day or two ago. This is not an authentic Thai experience. If the owner is from Thailand, they know this is not the way.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at Chai Thai & Sushi! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. There was a great variety on the menu, and everything we ordered was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. It’s always nice to have a place like this locally, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend giving Chai Thai & Sushi a try!
Chai Thai & Sushi in Middleburg has become one of my favorite places to get Pad Thai. The flavor is amazing, especially if you ask for the peanut sauce, it really takes the dish to another level. I’ve had it fresh at the restaurant and as leftovers the next day, and somehow it still tastes incredible either way. I rarely even end up with leftovers because it’s that good. I’ve ordered the Pad Thai from here multiple times now, and the quality has been consistently great every time. The staff is always friendly, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Can’t wait to go again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great Thai food in the Middleburg area.
