James is very professional and saved my computer. He was on time and kept it until it ran perfectly. He also gave me several tips on how to surf safely.. He is also a veteran and not a corporate entity so I got professional, courteous, individual service. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the service I received from James.
James is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, thorough, & a great educator. I always learn more about using my computer correctly. My computer is always working like new after James returns it.
Professional and candid about possible outcomes with particular problems so you don't spend needlessly. If something is fifty fifty outcome he lets you know...then you decide....after all it is your money. This business was recommended to me, I am glad I came here and will return when necessary.
We went there to get my computer screen replaced as well as to buy a computer for my little brother We wasted over 200$, he only took the computer we bought back but voided the warranty on the new screen because he claimed me opening the computer with most of my hand on the back of the top and only thumb on the screen was carelessness. Tl:Dr, we got scammed, do not go here you'd be better off burning your money.
