Ceron Pediatrics

Dr. Ceron is the absolute best pediatrician. I couldn't sing her higher praises. My son was born outside of a hospital and she was one of the few pediatricians who would even see him as a day old newborn. She circumcised him at the 8 day mark and said a prayer in his ear to make her peace with him (I knew right then she was a keeper). Seven years later, we still love her dearly! Our boy is the least shy child around, and she just rolls with it, asking him medical specific questions and letting him answer for himself while I sit back and let them handle it. She makes sure you're fully informed and educated on your options and respects whatever path you choose as a parent. She's gone out of her way to see him when he's unwell, and even asks about his older half sibling who has never been her patient, but asks because she genuinely cares. We're so lucky to have found her 💗

Money hungry and filled with Greed. I had a home birth and tried to schedule my 3 day old appt which I have done for 2 other children with no problems. I was told that I needed to pay a $250 deposit for my son to be seen because according to them my child is not covered under my insurance for the first 30 days which is an absolute lie. Even when I called other pediatricians to find him another pediatrician so that he could be seen they were shocked when I told them what Dr. Cerons office said. They literally even said that everyone knows that the baby is covered for the first 30 days you bill it under the mom. It's a shame that in this economy a baby who has insurance was turned away because of greed. Sad and shameful!

The office moved to 4100 Southpoint Dr E, suite 2, Jacksonville, FL 32216 Our family has been in Dr Ceron's care since 2017. We love that she is a pediatrician who is also IBCLC trained & supports the breastfeeding dyad, and encourages a well rounded approach to care. We have been to other doctors who were not supportive, and were unwilling to update their education beyond their original training. We love that there are Nurse Practitioners who share the holistic approach Dr Ceron upholds.
