We have had the most amazing experience with CenterWell Home Health. Specifically with an incredible Nurse named Fallen!! She has been the most helpful and caring person to step into this house! She truly went above and beyond!! On top of all of that, she's got jokes! lol 😁 Sometimes smiles can be hard to come by. So a big thank you to this awesome lady with a pretty awesome name!

I’ve been working with CenterWell for care for my mom post spinal fusion surgery. Fallan, the RN who did our initial intake, was SO WONDERFUL! She was incredibly detail oriented and went above and beyond the call of duty! We also have had really great experiences with the physical therapist, Glenn, and the occupational therapist, Sadie, that came for their evaluations! Everyone has been so knowledgeable and helpful. All of our questions were answered and Fallan, Glenn, and Sadie were all very patient, kind, compassionate, and made sure we understood everything fully before moving on to the next topic of discussion. Based on the incredible care we’ve received so far, I am completely confident that recovery will be both successful and speedy! I would 100% recommend CenterWell for home health care!

Fallon’s nothing short of amazing! I have a very rare & difficult situation (AVM) that most individuals & some in the medical field have never seen let alone heard of . Fallon self admitted that she had never seen one & limited knowledge of it . Within a week she knew as much if not more than me & my progress under her care is unbelievable & outstanding. I look forward to her visit’s on Friday with her smile & A+ attitude . Even my cat ( Kittybomb) has become her helper ! In closing Fallon is a huge asset to her profession & I for one greatly appreciate her dedication & attitude towards my very strange & unusual situation . 😎
