I love carrier brand and carrier units but with this carrier store, I have a problem, from having to sign in on a iPad just to be helped, to me getting the wrong parts after giving them the model number of the part, not happy. Now I have to spend more time out of my day to go track down a part. Lost money on this job. I literally showed them the part that I needed when I was at the store after checking the box and realizing this is most likely the wrong part and they told me it would be another week to get it and they should’ve had the right part in the first place. As a business owner, I will not be using this carrier store anymore.
The Team in St Augustine is awesome!! They go above and beyound, helpfull and alway friendly. I love the sign in kiosk, very helpful when they are busy, it gives me time to make sure i didn't miss anything.
Melanie at the Carrier branch has been outstanding. Her communication is always sharp, she’s quick to help, and she actually follows through — rare these days. She’s been so consistently good that I go out of my way to use this branch just to deal with her instead of other supply houses. She makes my jobs easier, and that’s worth a lot. Highly recommend working with her.
Local distributors end up either a thorn in your side or a partner in success. The St. Augustine branch of CE squarely falls into the latter category. Dustin, Renee & Bobby not only know what they're doing, but have the rare skill these days of Critical Thinking to help problem solve and figure out how to use their tools to come up with the best solution for you.
