excellent locally-owned appliance company! I have an expensive microwave, and they were able to schedule me within 24 hours for the repair. The service tech was on time, professional, and knew exactly what was wrong - fixed the issue in under an hour, and put everything back the way it was. Pricing was fair, and after-customer service was great, including lifetime parts and a full year on labor. They always answer the phone, and on the rare occasion it goes to voice mail, call you right back. Will definitely use again for another repair!

I contacted this company for issues with my washing machine not being able to get past the sense stage of washing. I called on a Friday and was supposed to be schedule for a Tuesday. I called Monday to confirm that appointment would be Tuesday and although nice and apologetic my appointment was not put in correctly or overlooked so I settled for a Wednesday appointment. When the technician arrived to my home the machine seemed to work fine however I told him that it was not working fine as I had attempted to wash clothes even after my initial call. As soon as he left my husband attempted to put a load of clothes in and the machine returned to doing the same faulty thing I originally called for. Less than 10 minutes after the tech left I called to let Cindy know that it was not working correctly. She said Brock was already at his next appointment and stated "it was working fine when I left" There is no doubt that he was telling the truth that it was working fine but he did not look into the original concern that this machine was not working efficiently when we attempt to start a load. The machine washed one load of clothes and has returned to being faulty. While at the house he told my husband that we should wash nothing heavier than an fitted sheet on a Heavy Duty load(We wash standard loads), make sure we are cleaning out washer (Which we do) and that we should not be pulling up on the lid (which we don't) while the machine is washing. I called back the same afternoon to report that the problem was still happing and we were told the only other thing is its the control board. He did not check the control board he basically gave a guess. I think an efficient tech would have checked the control board as the original concern led him to that guess over the phone. Im not upset that I will be replacing the washer but Brock could have gave me that guess over the phone seeming he did not check the control board when he was at our home. This was a was of $129. I would have felt better if the control board was checked. Now I have to get a second opinion to ensure it is the control board and not just a guess.

Just had a warranty service completed on our dryer and Brock knocked it out of the park. We were able to schedule quickly and CD Appliance Repair fixed everything right away. Highly recommend.
