I usually don’t write reviews but I had to take the time to write one for CBGC because of how amazing they were. I worked with Justin and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He answered all of my questions and would respond in a timely manner. He took care of us and had our back the entire time. We were able to save so much money because of his hard work and dedication. I cannot stress how grateful and happy I am about my new home purchase, they made it super easy and stress free! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
Bre and the CBGC team were amazing during our home buying process. Bre was especially responsive and a wonderful advocate throughout our journey. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The team made finding and applying for our loan as stress free as possible. I was trying to get a loan for a house and I gave Michael Russell who works for CBGC mortgage authority in April to pull my credit. That was the only time I gave him authority to do that my credit score has gone down as of today dramatically by over 30 points so I called him to find out why and without my permission he had run my credit again please be aware. Please be very very careful. These people are scammers.
I finally decided to invest in a home and months down the road trouble came knocking, but CBGC came out swinging and they got me into my dream home and help me paid off debt. Words can’t explain the joy and peace that my family is experiencing currently. Thanks Justin for your hard work and dedication, you are the GOAT! My house is finish by the way and it’s amazing!!!
