I met Billy Cavender a little over a year ago when my previous lawn care company was butchering my lawn. I started looking around for a new company. That very same day a white truck pulling a trailer that had Cavender Lawns on the side pulled up and went to work cutting my neighbor’s lawn across the street. I watched. They did a great job. Then when the lawn was finished, this is the part that got me. Billy walked around the house and checked everything himself. Then, I said to myself what if he doesn’t come on the crew that week? Does the lawn get the same attention? The following week, the truck pulled up again and lo and behold he was not on the truck. His lead guy did exactly what he did. I went over and talked to him and asked for the owner’s phone number. I called and he came by the following day. He wanted to walk the property with me. That is when I learned who Billy was and made the connection to him the previous week walking the lawn. In over a year, anytime I see anything I call/text Billy and it is handled immediately. He is extremely sensitive to the needs of his customers. If you have a problem, all you have to do is communicate with him and it will be fixed. I can assure you this from first hand experience. He takes pride in his business, his work, and his customers. Just proper management of a lawn company with expertise and commitment. His work speaks for itself. He started with one lawn on my street a little over a year ago and now he has 7 lawns on just my street.
