Wednesday, 8/6/2025 3.5 stars for the customer service and reasonable deals (tax free season). Zero stars for the cleanliness of the store. The two young ladies working on this day were kind and helpful. They ate pizza as they worked but no big deal. They were still attentive to the customers. Unfortunately, no one is cleaning the store. The dressing room was dirty. Not one or two days dirty, but hadn't been cleaned in a while. (Pics attached) Same with the bathroom. I blame management.
What happened to the GREAT customer service this store used to have??? Stopped in today and there were two ladies in there rushing around moving clothes! No one asked if I needed help. I asked if they had a certain size at the register. She answered my question then put back the item I was GOING to buy before I even said “yes I wanted it or not”! Guess I won’t be back there! Did NOT feel welcomed at all!!!!
Katie and Yani gave the BEST customer service while my mom, sister and I shopped today. My sister and I are both visiting from out of state and this is by far the best Cato either of us have ever been in.
Love shopping for jewelry and clothes there. Always great customer service.
Terrible attention, the two women who were working never asked me if I needed help, I don't know why they work in a sales site.
