The last time I went to my favorite store the management changed,she was promoted. I DON'T know who the buyer is & but the Selections & Quality has gone down. The Elegance for Mature Women it's not the same. My Sister used to fly in just to shop there. You wanted everything on the wall. I'm happy for the Manager's promotion. It saddens me but it's not the same. My BFF, My Sister & I only shopped here.

I’ve been shopping at this store for over 10 years now, and it has never looked cleaner and more professional than it does now. Even the bathrooms are finally clean, i had stopped using them for a while. I stopped coming in for a while because the store started going downhill. The workers were rude, the store wasn’t organized or clean, the overall environment was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I recently came in for the first time in a while because i wasn’t gonna give the store another chance until my friend told me it completely changed. When i walked in the store my jaw DROPPED, i was absolutely SHOCKED on the improvement the store has made. The environment was so welcoming and professional, i was offered help from a worker as soon as i walked in. The store looked cleaner than i had ever seen it before. When i saw this change i immediately asked to speak to the manager. I was introduced to the store manager Gloria who was so professional and polite. She helped me with my purchase and was patient with my challenges. After i checked out i had to congratulate her and her staff for the great improvement they have made. I look forward to shopping here on a regular basis.

Great customer service. Staff was pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable on style and fashion. Helped me pick the perfect outfit for an event I was attending, got lots of compliments 😊 thanks ladies!
