Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc. Jacksonville Regional Office

I keep trying to get through I have called every Tuesday for the last 3 weeks at 9:30 exactly and can never get through. I got through once they kept me on hold until they hung up on my face. I feel like assistance is like a dog toy being dangled in our face. Like we will help you if you can beat these other 100 people and we will only leave the line open for 10 mins. People are genuinely needing help and I feel like this could be done in a better way then teasing people who need financial help

Very thankful for this organization they help me and my family I couldn't be more thankful. Everyone who has given a bad review is definitely lying. I went through the 211 process YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE AND HAVE PAPERWORK PROOF that you need help. If in need in rental assistance they will contact you're landlord so make sure you're being honest,if not that's why people get denied. They are a blessing thanks again so much ❤️

Very great place friendly people first time getting help from them and gotten the help I need if I could give 100 stars I would I really appreciate the help I received God bless you good people 🙏🏿❤️ caring people with good hearts love this place

I just want to say how amazing Ms Shanna Green is! She’s the case worker for my tenant! She has a compassionate heart and full understanding of what it is to help people! She kept me well informed through the whole process! I wish the world was full of people like her! She made both of us feel like we were apart of her family! I just wanted to give Ms Green some recognition because I know in her line of work, it’s not easy and not everyone is going to let you know you’re appreciated! Thank you Ms Green for everything! May God continue to bless you!
