Nate came in to my office with two of his colleagues and immediately they were very friendly & not the typical sales “pushy” kind. I explained for that for the company I work for I couldn’t make that decision to switch but then just in conversation we spoke about my personal phone plan. Not only did they get my husband the newest Galaxy (he currently has the Galaxy 22 Ultra) but were also able to port over our lines, they paid off my iPhone 17 with Verizon AND saved us roughly $150 a MONTH on our phone plan. AMAZING customer service, answered every question my husband & I had, and just truly listened to what our needs are for service. Highly recommend Nate and his supervisor Danny! Switching carriers is usually stressful — and T-Mobile made it worse by dragging the process out for almost two weeks. Daniel Blancas handled everything like a pro. He was patient, persistent, and focused on getting me the best price and service possible. He didn’t just “sell” me — he worked for me. Daniel Blancas went above and beyond for me. I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T, and the process was a nightmare because T-Mobile kept delaying everything for almost two weeks. Most people would’ve given up or rushed the process — Daniel didn’t.
