Cassat Auto Imports Inc

I have been taken my 2003 Mercedes Benz here for over two-years at the recommendation of a close friend. During my first service the owner advised me that he previously worked with a Mercedes Benz Dealership in Philly. He also advised me that whoever has been keeping up the maintenance on my vehicle has done a great job -- I responded that only Mercedes has maintained my car. Since I started during business with Cassat Imports I have received nothing but quality service. I even had the opportunity to witness my vehicle being worked on, when it was discovered that the hose fueling gas to the engine had begin to dry rot. Mr. Chin started another Mercedes in a stall and allowed me to touch and feel how the line should have a constant beat (heart beat) to ensure the flow of gas was floating. Mr. Chin and his wife is very nice and patient. They take the time to ensure that you know the cost of the service and all requirements prior to beginning the work. I recommended my neighbor to Cassat Imports and he advised that he was well please, with going to the Mercedes Benz Dealership and being overcharged for a 30 minutes to 1 hour service job. I totally recommend this location for service calls on import vehicles which have graduated from the warranty or service contract. Michele Wilson

Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable.Timely communications and overall great customer service! I have been coming to Chan for all my auto issues for over 3 years now which was highly recommended by another trusted friend. This guy is straight up and does not try to push extra repairs on you. He's usually pretty quick about getting the work done and is always much cheaper than any dealership. Seriously, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend him.

I am an extremely satisfied customer and had to post my experience. Cassat Auto Imports is an incredible car repair shop for my Mercedes C350. My repair was very expeditious and the professionalism was outstanding. I will not take my car anywhere else. The owner is remarkably courteous and funny too!

I have been using Cassat Auto imports as my mechanics for years, and they have provided great service. I have been pleased with their work and my car has always worked fine after servicing at their shop. Chanh and his crew provide great customer service, and they are top notch mechanics. I will continue to have them as my mechanics for any future mechanical needs I may have.
