Agree with KG. Lived here 8.5 years. Beautiful until latest company or corporation took over (4-5 yrs). Management ( 1 person ) lacks any management skill set at all. HOA is useless. Who ever is the corporation or company that owns Cascades needs to reassess their investment. Cascades going downhill rapidly. More and more old timers getting ready to move, or seriously thinking about it. Sad that a 55+ community, average age 75-85, is even thinking about moving in their golden years. Very nice area. Great club house. The people are very kind. The plays put on by the community theatre group are entertaining and funny.
When we moved here it was a beautiful place to live. Now it's rundown and our HOA is an abomination. They think only of themselves and not the Majority of the residents. If we had come here now we never would have bought a house here.
Been living here with my husband for the past 5 plus years. Neighborhood is friendly and our neighbors are exceptionally wonderful! We have our house on the market only because we want to live closer to our children. 802 copperhead circle 32092
This is a really nice 55+ community. It has a very active social scene for every interest. The full-time activities director plans pool parties, tournaments, and so much more. I've only been here a few months now and truly love it.k
