One of the best meals we have had in Florida. Our party of six got a table no problem without prebooking. The decor inside is in keeping with the Spanish feel of the surrounding area. All the food that came to the table tasted fantastic, no complaints from anyone. Our server was polite, prompt and well presented. Sorry can't remember your name but you are the spitting image of Sanji from One Piece, (if you know you know lol) and good luck at med school👍🏻 Manager can you pass on our thanks for great service. I can highly recommend eating here.
Excellent experience at Casa Reina! We visited three times within two days for quick drinks and fresh meals. Josh, our bartender, provided outstanding service. One of the cleanest and most organized bars I’ve been to. Amazing cocktails, a relaxed atmosphere, and a beautiful rooftop view. Highly recommended!
Amazing Building and Area as its near Historic District In St. Augustin. And the Seating whether its inside or on the rooftop or side of the restaurant near the Castle and Marina is beautiful 😍. The appetizers were amazing as we tried there Guacamole and Calamari. Both came fast and tasted amazing. As for the meals they were good but didnt feel as though they tasted like authentic Mexican Food ,Mexican in there own way and I've been too alot of Mexican Restaurants but something was missing in both dishes the Chicken la Reina and Carne which was the BBQ in between the refried beans which wasn't necessary maybe without the BBQ sauce it woulda been a home run . Also due to the presentation of the restaurant and how it looked and how good the appetizers were it led alot of hype for the Main Course . Will I come back for the appetizers and ambiance and scenery yes but for main coarse I don't know we'll see.
I really liked the atmosphere and my mojito was refreshing and tasty. Chips and Salsa were enjoyable. I ordered the grouper tacos and they were absolutely delightful. My hunny ordered sea scallop and shrimp enchiladas and he said they were awesome:I tried his refried beans bc he said they were the best he’s had. They were very yummy. Sangria was also good. We had several glasses because the service was that good.
Our server Brian was absolutely amazing! He was attentive and even recommended putting queso all over my chimichanga which was DIVINE! We were seated right away at peak hours and all the food we had was delicious. For a starter we had chips and salsa and taquitos, my boyfriend got chicken enchiladas which were very good and I got my cheese covered chicken chimichanga. I would absolutely eat here again!
