I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to purchase my car through Carvana. My personal experience was seamless and stress free, which came as such a blessing since I was without transportation for nearly two weeks and I was limited to where I could actually go to look in person for a new car. With Carvana, I was able to "dream shop" and compare endlessly, from the comfort of my own home...this became an unexpected blessing to not have the pressure of a salesman down my neck as I have experienced over my previous car shopping experiences. Instead, I ended up with what is truly my dream car! It was a Cinderella kind of experience...where my first choice didnt end up meeting all the criteria I found important, but the young man (I regret I am unable to recall his name) assisted me in an ethical and respectful manner, unlike what I have experienced previously when under the pressure on a car lot...instead, this young man remained completely neutral and honored what I believed to be in my best interest, and gladly returned the car. Two days later, my dream car arrived and after fully inspecting it and taking it for a test drive, under no pressure whatsoever, I decided this was the one! Yannick made the delivery this day, and was so helpful and kind, making the closing of this deal a true joy. He took the time to help me become familiarized with the electrical components and even set up my phone so there was nothing left to do but exhale and enjoy!! I am sincerely grateful to have had this encounter with Carvana, as it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. I traded in my previous car and this process was made simple as well. In my book, Carvana is the Chik fil A in the car buying world...their business model and each one who represents them is stellar!
Sold a vehicle 2 weeks ago that I did not need anymore and they paid me the most compared to Other dealers and transaction was smooth and fast with pick up at my house. Today 1/18/2026 received a vehicle I purchased 2 days ago.. Financed thru Carvana everything so smooth again, not dealing with sketchy sales men , no extra fees so you see the real numbers up front. Both times the delivery drivers of the tow truck were great, friendly and fast.. will update if I have any issues with the vehicle and they repair or anything this next few days.
I just had my first experience selling my car to Carvana and I would highly recommend them to you. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process from start to finish. They were professional, quick to respond and to the point. The paperwork is minimal and easy. Dana and her trainee arrived to get my car, assess it and hand me a check. Carvana really knows how to run a smooth business.
I've only heard good things about Carvana, and recently I sold my Ford F-150 to them. The entire process was incredibly easy from beginning to end. I received my offer online, completed the required steps online, brought in my vehicle, and the process worked exactly the way Carvana's advertising said it would. Since I had listed that I had both keys, I had to produce them at the time of the sale. Otherwise, I would've been charged for a key, plus I would've had to wait a week to go through underwriting again. The representative explained everything clearly, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. What impressed me most was the simplicity and transparency of the process. No unnecessary back-and-forth, no drawn-out negotiation, and no onsite surprises. The experience was efficient, straightforward, and exactly as advertised. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Selling a vehicle can be stressful, but Carvana made this part remarkably painless. Based on my experience, I would absolutely use Carvana again and again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a simple, convenient way to sell their vehicle. Great concept. Great execution. The product works.
This experience was the best way to buy a car. Instead of wandering around car lots, being hounded by sales ppl, dealing with the finance dept…so easy, scroll, & click. Picked a car we rented on a trip & are happy with our choice. The vending machine wasn’t working at pick up time which was a bummer!
