A great shopping experience! The staff were super friendly and attentive, consistently checking to see if I needed anything and helping me find items throughout the store. Checkout was quick and easy, and the rewards program was explained very thoroughly. I wish I could shout out both ladies who helped me, but unfortunately I only have one name on my receipt - so a special thank you to Shawna for taking such great care of me at checkout!

We are always greeted and welcomed from the time we step in.. this particular we went in looking for some footies for our 2.5yr old since it was getting cold... How are they marking this as a SALE and the price went UP 12 DOLLARS ?!?!? Their whole pricing is whack.. most the stuff in their "clearance" you can find at walmart cheaper.. you would think they would want you to shop at their store so they would price them the cheapest ????
My wife shops here routinely and is a loyal customer. There was a recent misunderstanding of the Carter cash. Tiara made sure to correct the issue and made sure we were taken care of. This attention to customer service is why she is a loyal customer.
Cheyenne was wonderful! Great customer service, friendly, helpful, welcoming and kept a smile. Thank you!
Mrs. Rosalyn at the River City Marketplace is amazing. She is super friendly. My 2.5 year old daughter is usually pretty shy but not with Mrs. Rosalyn. Mrs. Rosalyn took the time to sit at a table with her while my wife shopped. We couldn’t have had a better experience!
