Carter's

I've been buying in this store since my daughter was born and she's 14 months old. Yesterday, 08/03 I went to the store to buy an outfit and a shoe for my baby. I was very well attended by Rachel. She welcomed me with a smile and made me very comfortable. In the end he made me change the clothes from size 18 months to 24. I was afraid it would get big but she explained to me about looking at the baby's weight beyond the size. He showed me more options. She gave me a solution to all my questions with great sympathy. When I got home I tried on the clothes and she was right about everything. I made a point of leaving this review because it was really amazing.

Excellent children’s clothing store. The quality and variety of the clothes are great, but the best part was definitely the customer service. The cashier, who was the tallest one (I didn’t see her name), was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I wish everyone had this same spirit of customer service and helpfulness. It’s a pleasure to shop at a place where you feel truly welcomed. Highly recommended! 💖🌟🤗

Such a great selection of stuff. I scored great deals on the clearance section to stock up for months out. The additional 30% off was nice. Friendly associates. Clean store. The only thing that bugged me was one of the associates kept asking if I wanted their store card after I declined several times. It came across rather pushy, in my opinion.

I went in prepared to purchase several gift items but they don’t have shopping carts to hold said items or place a child. I don’t see how that’s conducive for a children’s store. I love Carter’s clothes and the door busters were great but there was no way for me to shop. And I feel the need to add there’s really no way to hold shopping items on a stroller either so a cart is really necessary.
