Comforter Looks AWFUL & is Now Stained! This was supposed to be dry cleaned, but instead it was washed with water, smells strongly of detergent and was WET when I took it out of the bag. Think it was washed with something red because it's got pink stains. It had zero stains when I took it there for what was supposed to be a "refreshening" dry cleaning. So disappointed.
This five star rating comes with a huge caveat, people make the business! That said, Barbara makes this business, always friendly and attentive, ensuring my cleaning requests are met. I have never had an issue with anything I've turned in for service provided she is involved.
As a performer who is constantly wearing gowns, I am always in need of fast and impeccable dry cleaning. Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming, but incredibly competent and wonderful! If you are in need of some Grade A dry cleaning look no further!
This dry cleaner is awful. I should have picked up on the 20% discount if you pay in advance! They wrecked my silk vintage coat- ripped, shredded and the guy was not even phased when I picked it up. His comment was the presser must have shredded the silk. i actually think he was surprised I walked out without paying. He did not offer an explanation or apologize. Pretty skanky- very dirty inside.
Very good experience. I have been here 3 times and tomorrow will be a 4th. I've always pointed out stains and each time the lady and older gentleman made sure to treat the stains before my clothes were dry cleaned. You guys are the best and thank you.
