Hugh was WONDERFUL, and so patient and kind! My boyfriend and I were REALLY struggling after checking several places on Tuesday, so we came back Wednesday evening and after waiting for a while, Hugh came to check on us and voluntarily offered to work with us. It was 7:13p at this point, keep that in mind!!! We had a few options pulled up on my phone, and he was very understanding of our budget, worries, and needs. Obviously he doesn't set the prices, but he didn't try to force us out of our very strict box, either - he was respectful in that way. He let us test drive our first option, a 2025 Nissan Versa, and while it was nice, I wasn't entirely sold on it. I asked to poke my head into the 2022 Nissan Versa and from the moment I opened the door, I knew that was the one. A bit cheaper, but he was completely respectful and used the extra budget room to help us ensure we got good services for our finances, instead. Eventually I learn he was originally scheduled to leave at 8p, and this kind man, Hugh, stayed all the way past 9p with us to get everything sorted and make sure we left with a safe, reliable vehicle to get us home. I was so grateful and full of gratitude, I cried with relief on the way home that night. Hugh was truly wonderful, patient, and thoughtful. Not once did he judge, make us uncomfortable, and he always kept our priorities in mind. Thanks so much, Hugh!!!!!

Selling our car was fast and easy. We filled out and submitted our paperwork online. Only took 20 minutes once we arrived to leave with with check in hand. Autumn was very professional and helpful. 1- How te scammer learn about my car & my home address Who shared with them ? 2-Car service not good at all 👎🏾🫥 They keep it the car 2 hr for 1 min job ( changing the cigarette port that was not working ) & when I toke the car was still not working I say thank you , they say : you’re welcome, we put new one. & didn’t say that they didn’t. 1 more hr now . He still get paid .. & they say , you can leave appointment anther day
