My daughter needed a low mileage used car. After searching several websites, CarMax seem to have the perfect car and would trailer the car from the Southside of town to the West side. That was done within a day. Walking into CarMax we found the show room was being remodeled and several people were there. A gentleman smiled and greeted us and introduced himself. His name... Arias Hall. He had a calming voice and a relaxed attitude. He walked us over to his desk and the chaotic feel of the room seemed to fade in the background. This made us feel as if we were talking to a family member. He was meticulous when going over the car and the paperwork. He made sure we had all our questions answered and ensuring full disclosure regarding the car along with any recalls for that make and model. If the opportunity arises again, I will use CarMax and know that the car will be road worthy.
The entire experience at CarMax was excellent. The sales associate was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The manager also took the time to greet me and ensured the entire process went smoothly. The service department did an outstanding job addressing the issues with the vehicle. Their attention to detail made the used car look and feel almost brand new. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend CarMax to others.
After looking for a vehicle for several months, I ended up at Carmax!!!!!..suggested by a Friend!!!! She of course was right; from the moment you walked in, you were greeted immediately...Everyone was also very friendly and accommodating😃😃... I worked with Marcellus who was very laid back, not pushy at all!!!! Thank you for that!!!! I ended up having to wait probably three weeks before I located a car Online that was perfect for me.....had it Transferred to Jax...I went right back and worked with Marcellus.... I am so glad I waited for the car I wanted...... And honestly, the buying experience at Carmax was pretty darn seamless.... Everyone from all the different departments did their jobs Well, super friendly. I really had no bumps at all... I would definitely recommend this experience over a dealership Any day!!!!!! p s I just love my New car......Thanks Marcellus...you did Great!!!!!!! We came in ready to purchase and sign, fully prepared to spend $50,000, but instead we were completely dismissed. While we were waiting, the staff sat around talking for approximately 25 minutes rather than assisting us. Finally, someone came over and told us there would be a 45-minute wait. At that point, we took our business—and our $50,000—elsewhere. When a customer is ready to make a significant purchase, being ignored and then told to wait 45 minutes is unacceptable. Your staff had an opportunity to earn our business and chose not to. We will be taking our business elsewhere going forward.
Searching for a car to spread my tourettes awareness comedy. Shilo greeted us asking if we needed any help with anything don't be afraid to ask. They even offered us dinner because of the wait time. Everyone was attentive to all of the customers there at the time. I can get to my shows now with the cute Honda Civic we purchased 🤗
