I am so thankful to have this store fairly near me – just an hour drive! They have a wonderful selection and their business practices are outstanding. I can’t say enough about how they handle Their customers – especially me who had a small problem and they took care of it immediately
When living in Jacksonville , my favorite place to shop was Carla Shoes. I love shoes! When moving out of state, I missed the shoe selection the store always has available. Carla has shoes that are fun, good quality, stylish, and affordable. Now I call and they help me make my selection by phone and texting. Amazingly, when my shoes arrive they fit, are exactly as they explained, and exactly what I selected. Wonderful ladies and the best customer service!
Great ownership here! Very personable and helped me out!
One of the best experiences I’ve had shopping in a while. Went in to get my finance some shoes. A wide variety and the absolute best service I’ve had ever. I will be back!!
Was visiting Ponte Vedra beach and purchased a purse from Carla Shoes. Their customer service was superior when I needed assistance after I returned home! Joanne cares about her customers!
