I’ve had to visit Aspen in Yulee several times over the past few months for different reasons, and I’ve been extremely pleased with the care and service every time. The staff is truly amazing! Dr. Amaral was thorough, took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly, and made me feel confident that I was in great hands. A special shoutout to Jasmine and Kayla for being so friendly, kind, and professional. Jasmine went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable when I had to bring my baby to an appointment, and her kindness meant a lot. My cleaning with Kayla was fantastic. She made the entire experience enjoyable, which is not something most people say about a dental cleaning! I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else for my cleanings. I believe her name was Krysta in billing, and she was wonderful as well. She even called me after hours to make sure a billing issue was resolved. I also spoke with the front desk several times to reschedule appointments and ask questions, and they were always helpful, patient, and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff. Not fond of doctors or dentist but they made me feel comfortable and explained everything where I could understand it. I would recommend them to anyone who is nervous or anxious about going to the dentist.
I had a problem with a 12 year old denture. I was thinking I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars to replace them. It only took him a few minutes to fix the problem. The cost was reasonable with no dental insurance. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I was pleased to get dr carl amaral he made my transition to dentures .Iwas very nervous about how bad my teeth were.Dr Amaral reassured me with his confidence and informed me exactly how the procedure would go He did a great job withmy new dentures i get to smile now
Dr Carl and his entire are absolutely amazing. They listen to you and make tku feel welcome.
