CareSpot Urgent Care of Orange Park

You don't expect an Urgent Care place to be much better than your doctor ... but my experience here last night far exceeded any that I have had at my local doc. The entire team is outstanding, friendly, kind and professional. The initial welcome was super friendly and quick too. They ask you to check in on your phone & it gives you an up-to-date list of your place in the queue. I was seen within 30mins...that never ever happens at my docs. The nurse, Nisheka was really great and so nice, she was quick and had already run tests so she knew what was wrong, then the Doctor, Rosa Colon-Torres, came in. She spent so much time explaining what I had, what I could do and walked me thru the medicines. Honestly just about the best experience I've had with any medical team since moving to America. Dr Torres is the best. It's awesome too that they can fill the prescription there, which was especially awesome as I felt so lousy. This is a great place to go. Highly recommend, would give 10 stars if I could

Staff members were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional Received quality a quick service Test results were quick and the nurse was very nice and friendly and professional. The doctor was very helpful and thorough in his assessment and suggested alternative care. Over all a very good experience.

The doctor was excellent, she was the best explanation and outcome 10/10. She got to the floor to help my shy one year girl Doctor Rosa is the best at what she doing and with a passion. Dr. Rosa prescribed the correct meds my daughter got better that same day slept good throughout the night, the doctor also told that would happen. Good job

Amazing service kind people, the quality and character of the people made the wait not too bad. We were walked ins both feeling Ill and our concerns were heard and assessed! The lady at the front was sooo nice! The nurse was patient with my daughter who was scared about the flu test. We were running behind to pick up my other daughter and she genuinely cared about our time.
