CareSpot Urgent Care of Neptune Beach

came around 1:35pm got seen by ms morgan and she had a assistant that took my vitals and tests, they were so sweet and it’s the most comfortable experience i’ve had with a urgent care in a while never let these ladies go. they didn’t judge my symptoms, didn’t ignore my symptoms and they were very gentle i just had a common fever n needed rest so thank you for being patient. i usually don’t write reviews but those two were angels.

We were greeted instantly by a friendly and welcoming face. The MA took great care of my wife and the PA, Morgan Sanders, was kind, listened with care, and sent us home with detailed information, instructions, and rx. She explained things thoroughly, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and did it all in a friendly and caring manner.

Unfortunately, my two visits were unsatisfactory and I wound up going to the Beaches Baptist Medical Center ER. I went to the CareSpot without an appointmenr, found the place somewhat dirty (the dirty front door should be an indication of what to expect), the receptionist was surly and, with only three people in the wait area, was told there would be a 1 1/2 - hour wait to be seen. We have lost an excellent Urgent Care in Ponte Vedra Beach and I would encourage patients to use the ER at the hospital instead. Much better.

I scheduled a time, filled out my paperwork online and arrived 10 minutes early. They took me early, had my test run, doctor came to talk to me, got my meds and out the door in 30 minutes! The staff was amazing!
