My mother Patricia received a very vague communication from Hoboken Hospital about the amount owed for my father's recent hospital stay. It listed a total amount owed without giving any details of the services provided. We tried for a day to get more details, but were in automated hell until we were finally connected with Amanda Tramontana. She listened to our plight and did some research. Within what seemed like minutes, she got back to us with all the information we needed. She could not have been more helpful and provided our family with a real kindness during a very stressful period. Thank you over and over again, Amanda!
Spencer is a great man he exudes competence crude and is extremely ambiguous towards his field of work he delivers outstanding customer service and knows how to fulfill my needs to my exact purpose thank you for everything best/kind regards Magda A
Melissa was outstanding, she went on and beyond to give a helping hand by providing the correct information to solve my billing issues. I am greatful for her assitance and kindness.
After receiving a hospital bill that I knew I had to pay down, I was stressed. With all the interest accruing I didn't think my balance due was going to go down. Luckily, I got in touch with Spencer at Care Cap Plus. Wowwwwww! What a lifesaver. He worked the numbers and was incredibly knowledgeable. Not only are my payments manageable now but there's no interest! So you see your bottom line owed going down. Spencer made it quick and seamless. He had me up and running before I could finish my cup of coffee. Plus, he called early in the day and got back to me in no time. Quick and very responsive. It is such a joy to work with someone like Spencer who gets the job done and with an easy, affordable solution! Thank you Spencer!
Spencer was incredibly knowledgeable. He was very kind. He possesses a wealth of understanding. His ability to take me step-by-step through the entire process without reading a script was rather impressive.
