I recently received a statement for a balance due from services I received back in 2018. I called to inquire about this, and asked to speak with a supervisor. Ms. Carolyn spoke with me. She was pleasant, professional and respectful from the start. She explained to me that my insurance company processed the claim as out of network, when, in fact, Cardio Options was in-network. She told me she would do some research and make a call to my insurance company on my behalf, and encouraged me to do the same. It took multiple phone calls over a period of five months to resolve this issue. Each time I asked to speak directly to Carolyn. Every time, she picked up her phone and was patient and pleasant. Not once did she sound as if she was rolling her eyes because I was calling again. She went above and beyond to assist me in resolving this claim. She is a shining role model for all of us that work with the public and deserves a raise!

They were super easy to work with. My Insurance was being finicky and there was concerns about coverage. Cardio Options went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to make sure proper steps were taken so the device would be covered. I had a couple questions/ concerns during the monitoring period and every person I spoke to were courteous and helpful!

Extremely easy process from initiation to completion. Technical support was extremely professional and responded to a concern I had expeditiously. I would recommend them to anyone who is recommended to utilize a cardiac event monitor for 30 days. Excellent, compassionate team.
