Used the service for about 4 months and was promised weekly service. Everything fine, he did a decent job when he showed. Then he started skipping weeks. Was completely ghosted after paying a month in advance for September and feel like I’m owed $140. Nobody responds to my messages. My advice is to not pay him in advance if you decide to use the service. He still hasn’t contacted me since I left this review. I had to pay someone else to cut my grass. Now I want my $140 back! EDITED TO ADD, after the business response: You obviously have me confused with someone else. My grass was not cut at all after I paid you at the end of August, NOTHING was ever said to me about a “first month deposit”, the only messages I sent were inquiring as to when I could expect my grass to be cut, I knew nothing about the loss of a child, for which you have my condolences. As to the hurricane, I would never expect lawn service during a hurricane. All I wanted was to know when I could expect to get what was agreed upon verbally by you at our first meeting. Nobody ever responded to me after my last inquiry. There was never any nasty messages sent to anyone. EDIT #2: Deposit or not, you received my money and I never received service, regardless of how you think businesses work, you can not legally charge a customer for giving you this “attitude” you think that I’ve given you. You have admitted to taking my payment and claimed service was withheld due to my nasty messages. If you have proof of these messages please provide it to me, because I am very unaware of what I said to offend you or any of the other employees that you did not feel safe sending to my home. I also feel that if it takes 8 months for you to address a negative review, then it only serves as more evidence to my claim. Would also like to add that a deposit is discussed and agreed on at the beginning of service, not tacked on at the end as an explanation of refusal of service.

Love his dedication and respect his responses to my questions. I would trust Imperial Works with my lawn. Now I can sit down and enjoys his great works. Diff a customer for life.

Very responsive, I'm always happy every weekend when my lawn is done. Would definitely recommend.
