Capstone is the 2nd home health service company that I used for my mom and the company is always helpful, they listen and they provide a great service. . Esther is my mother’s current caregiver and we have gone through a few until we met her and I hope we never lose her! She is so wonderful, so caring, so giving and is basically like family now. She loves and cares for my mom. My mom brightens up when Esther arrives. They laugh and chat and I have so much confidence in Esther, I know my mom is truly being cared for. Capstone is lucky to have such an asset to the company. As much as I wouldn’t want to lose her, she should actually be a trainer. If all the caregivers were like her, there would be so many happy clients.
Esther is amazing. My sisters and I are extremely happy with my mother’s care. Esther is a wonderful home health aide. She is a great help to my mother and is a great companion during her visits. She is cheerful, happy, courteous and very professional. My mother’s mood has improved drastically since Esther came into her life. I am grateful for the positive change. Esther is a great asset to your company. I cannot thank you enough for providing her as a home health aide for my mother.
Wonderful! The caregiver going to be with my mom is wonderful! Ester is amazing and my mother loves spending time with her . Every time I call the office everyone is so nice. This is the third agency we go through and I don't imagine there will be another. I felt like a pay check with the other agencies. I feel like these people really care about my mom. Thank you.

They have been providing exceptional companionship and care for my mom for quite some time now, and we are truly grateful. The staff members are consistently friendly, compassionate, and proactive—true self-starters who genuinely care about her well-being. My mom really enjoys the activities they do together, and she especially appreciates how they take an active interest in her hobbies and preferences. They make sure to go on walks with her, help with chores, and ensure she’s taking care of herself. Communication is excellent—anytime my mom needs anything, the team promptly keeps us informed and handles everything with kindness and professionalism. It's such a relief to know she’s in caring, capable hands. Thank you, Capstone Home Health, for making such a positive difference in my mom’s life!
Great experience and grateful for their service for my mom! Our caregiver India is literally the best! The whole staff has been kind and accommodating....Kim did our orientation process and made us feel like family! Definitely recommend for help with your loved one.
