Went today for an iron infusion everyone was very nice. My nurse Kelly was very pleasant and helpful thank you for your excellent bed side manner. The other nurse Madison was also excellent they make a great team together. Even though I did not see Ms. Kelly take a lunch. Please get her some help she seems to really love her job but she needs a proper break. USB charging stations would be great.
1st off I LOVE that doctor NEAL DAVIS. AND HIS STAFF IS A REFLECTION OF HOW HE CARES. I have been seeing him for a few months now but today I came in for a iron infusion and when I tell you the service was amazing. It was clean I was comfortable Madison is theeeee best. Even When I thought she was away she wasn't. Made sure everything we were doing was explained clearly. It was like my own personal nurse. Madison was great the people around her was amazing. Any questions I had was answered no problem. And they just respect the clients 1000% . If you have to use the infusion area wear warm clothes and if you dont they will provide a blanket . They bring you snacks and they made sure I am good. This is one of thee best experiences ive had in a while. I mean them amd next door Dr. Montemary is amazing as well. Thank you alllll KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! 🥰🥰 PLUS IM ALREADY STARTING TO FEEL BETTER.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vaka for some time now. If you are in need of an oncologist, I recommend you look further. It’s not only an issue with Dr Vaka, it’s all of the physicians and staff that work within this facility. There’s very little concern or empathy for the patient. There is a very high turnover rate of staff personnel at this particular location. (St Vincent’s riverside) Do your homework on just how poorly this location is managed. I have decided to seek care elsewhere. The good luck
