We recently helped our daughter move into her very first apartment at Camellia at World Commerce, and we couldn’t be happier. Rachel in the front office was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything easy and helped put our minds at ease during such a big milestone. The move-in process was quick and smooth, and our daughter absolutely loves living there. The community feels safe and welcoming, and she loves the pool and gym. The apartment itself is adorable—bright, modern, and so pretty. From the wood-style floors and white cabinets to the balcony, it has such a clean and inviting feel. As parents, the best part is knowing she’s happy and comfortable in her first place. We truly appreciate Rachel and the entire staff for making this such a positive experience! ❤️
I had an amazing experience with Camilla Apartment Complex! From the moment I walked in, the entire process was welcoming, professional, and stress-free. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything I was looking for. The highlight of my experience was working with Sierra, the leasing consultant. She was absolutely outstanding! Sierra was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right apartment. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable. I love living at Camellia World Commerce..Rachel the manager is fantastic and Nicole the assistant manager is equally helpful.I have a beautiful kitchen and a full size washer dryer.And the grounds are spotless.Hallways are cleaned weekly, it makes a huge difference ! The maintained staff are always on hand and they are good.The complex is only three years old.My ac unit works great and my bill is low! I am very happy. I have lived here for three years.
I love living here at the Camellia! From the moment that my mother went into the complex to browse apartments for me, she was greeted with kindness and with open arms. Sierra the leasing consultant here has always been so supportive, understanding and helped my cousin and I feel like she had our back while we were navigating our first apartment together. The Camellia is a beautiful location with wonderful staff who really take pride in making sure the community is well taken care of. I would recommend the Camellia to anyone looking for their next apartment.
My boyfriend and I just moved in on Monday!! Absolutely adore the charming ladies in the office and the maintenance people are genuinely the most helpful I’ve ever experienced! After we moved in, Rachel, the leasing manager, wrote us a card 🥺. Have never had that happen before and it makes me so grateful!!
