I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this company. This has hands down been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They installed our screened paver patio over five years ago, and they went above and beyond from the very beginning. I told them that I have large cats who are NOT easy on screens, and that I needed something extremely durable. They absolutely delivered. My cats can hang off this screen, and it has held up incredibly well. If you have pets and durability is a concern, I can personally say this screen has been put to the test. As impressive as the quality of the original installation has been, their customer service over the years has impressed me even more. Whenever I’ve had a small maintenance item come up from normal wear and tear, they don’t just come out and fix the one thing I called about. They take the time to look over the entire enclosure/gutters, make adjustments wherever needed, and ensure everything is perfect before they leave. It is incredibly rare to find a company that stands behind its work like this more than five years after an installation. They still treat my patio as though they just installed it and genuinely care about keeping everything in excellent condition. The combination of workmanship, durability, attention to detail, and truly exceptional long-term customer service is hard to find. I regularly recommend them to family and friends. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and built a high-quality screen enclosure that looks like a work of art. It’s clear they take real pride in their craftsmanship. Cliff Carter, Owner and operator and his crews are top notch. They replaced our lanai with a breathtaking wide view privacy screen, re marcited our pool in a deep coral blue and replaced pavers in an ornate pattern that has received many compliments. The lanai is rated for high winds so it provides us with comfort to know it will endure FL weather. They have come out to service any issues promptly and at a reasonable price

We can’t recommend Call The Screen Guys highly enough! They completed our project in just 2½ days—even working through rainstorms—to install a 60×9 ft Elite roof with fan beam support, a super gutter, two 4‑ft doors, and a huge 20×20 mesh screen enclosure. We didn’t even have a roof overhang before, and now we’ve enjoyed dinner on our new lanai every night since it was finished!
