Caliber Collision

Hailey and her team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was happy with the repairs to my beloved Honda Element. After insurance tried to total it, they did their best to work with me to ensure that repairs were made as cost effective as possible and above my expectations! Hailey could see how much I love that little car and went out of her way to ensure I was happy with the results - she also added a little touch of care that wasn't expected but was truly appreciated! The whole team was excited for me to pick up my car, which was really awesome, my little Honda was basically a celebrity lol! I would gladly work with them again - but hope that I don't have to (because no one wants a wrecked car)! Either way, I highly recommend this location!

They did a great job on my car.And its lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing a great job!

Aaron provided outstanding customer service and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough during the inspection of my vehicle. He took the time to explain the damage, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood the repair process. I was especially impressed by how much effort he put into evaluating the damage compared to another shop I had visited. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the repairs being made. Aaron truly cares about his customers, and because of him, I will continue bringing my vehicle to this Caliber location.

The service at Caliber Collision is excellent!! The girls at the front desk are awesome. They are friendly and professional and will take care of any needs that you may have. Aaron was awesome and my car was ready 2 days before it was promised back to me.
