Caliber Collision

The staff at Calliber Collision in Mayport deserves 10 stars! This is our second time at this Calliber location and the staff is still wonderful! Front Desk Expert Trish, Service Advisor Chris and General Manager Pamela treated my simple bumper piece paint job the same as a luxury vehicle. We will be customers for life!

I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision, and I want to especially recognize my service advisor, Jeff Bodinus. From start to finish, Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my Jeep was repaired correctly. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. The repairs on my Jeep were completed with exceptional quality, and the vehicle looks as good as new. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Jeff Bodinus, and the entire Caliber Collision team, for providing first-class service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality collision repairs.

Both a woman at the front desk and our mechanic (Michael) were excellent to work with. They gave excellent service and kept us informed every step of the way. We never had to wonder what was happening because we received messages about our progress before we could ask. Workmanship was very good but it was the people that made this experience easy. Would highly recommend Caliber too anyone whop need auto repair. Wish they did RV's too.
