Caliber Collision

I purchased a brand new vehichle and got into an accident two weeks after purchase. over $18,000 in damages. Insurance recommended Caliber, Dylan was extremely communicative through out the whole process letting me know where they were with the work through out the repairs. I had my car back within three and a half weeks looking exactly as It did from when I purchased. He let me know there is a warranty on the repairs and If there were any issues after driving off to bring the car back In. No issues and my car looks great. I am extremely satisifed with there customer service. I will absolutely recomend this Caliber Location In the future! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful job! Hopefully you will not be seeing me back any time soon. (:

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision! Nick was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything so easy and stress-free. The customer service was top notch, communication was great, and they got me in and out the very same day. My car looked fantastic and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Caliber Collision and definitely ask for Nick!

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. Jonathan, my estimator, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process for repairing my driver's side mirror and made sure I understood what to expect every step of the way. I was also pleasantly surprised by the repair timeline. I expected the process to take at least a week, but the repairs were completed in just a few days. The communication, professionalism, and quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs, and I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.
