Highly professional, and skilled Realtor. Cal was always responsive, Proactive, supportive, great communicator! Five star treatment all around. Her photographer and videographer are outstanding! I had an unusual historic property which comes with a whole different set of criteria when selling and Cal handled it meticulously. It was a seven figure listing and she was present at every showing, provided great and helpful insight with each perspective buyer… As well as offers and assisted in a solid negotiation and closing. Her materials are impeccable and indicative of a luxury listing. The premiums that she gives her clients even after the sale demonstrates that she’s a class act. If ever I should have another property in the area, I would most definitely enlist her services again.

Attentive and a Wealth of Knowledge . Luis and Cal worked with us both. They met us at the home for the initial visit after already working with us on finding a lender. They asked questions that we would not have ever thought of. They were easily available both through email, text or by phone. They got to know us as a couple, which meant a lot to us. Every step of the way, they were there with us. We are very grateful and love our new home!
Our stupid mortgage company made things very difficult at closing. Cal and Luis were exceptionally helpful at smoothing out the bumps in the road and providing lots of advice on the many decisions that needed to be made.
Luis was able to set up numerous showings as my purchase agent in my limited timeframe. He then assisted us in preparing and recommending offers and counteroffers for the houses we were interested in.
