I had 3 new heater and HVAC systems installed in my home, including a ductless mini-split, a heat pump with air handler, and a furnace with AC. Douglas came out himself to inspect my setup, look at the layout of the house, and explain a few good replacement options for my heating and cooling needs. My old system had stopped working well, so I was glad to get fast, fair estimates and a quick installation schedule. The install team, Gregory, Mason, and Douglas, did a great job, and everything was completed in a timely way. The work was also well coordinated by Mason, whose heating and air experience really showed throughout the project. The job included a little extra construction so slightly larger, more efficient equipment could be installed, and that was handled smoothly. After the installation, all 3 systems were running excellent. The heating and airflow throughout the home improved a lot, and the equipment seems properly sized for the space. One helpful recommendation was adding a return near the furnace, which made a noticeable difference in performance. They also suggested air scrubbers for the ducted systems, and the indoor air felt fresher and cleaner right away, which is especially nice in Jacksonville where the heat and humidity can affect comfort indoors.
