⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We don’t usually write reviews, but Cabana Pool Company has absolutely earned one! We previously used a large nationwide pool service, and it was nothing but frustration. Our pool would become cloudy within just 2–3 days after their weekly service, and trying to get the issue resolved was a nightmare. About three months ago, we switched to Cabana Pool Company, and we couldn’t be happier. From their very first visit, our pool has been crystal clear and has stayed that way with their consistent weekly maintenance. They’re also more affordable than our previous company, have an easy-to-use customer portal that shows service updates after each visit, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been incredibly friendly and professional. Any time we’ve have a question, we’ve been able to call or text with them and receive a timely response. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a reliable pool company that delivers on its promises, we highly recommend Cabana Pool Company. They have earned a 10/10 from our family!
Cabana pools is amazing! There been so issues with our pool and they promptly addressed them. They have a great team and Lisa in the office is so helpful with any of our needs! They are awesome! I have found the pool company I’ll keep forever
Cabana performed an outstanding job in replacing the internal seals and o-rings in our pool pump which was leaking water. There response time and communication throughout the warranty process was superb. There superior maintenance team is the best in the pool repair business, you can trust them to repair your pool the right way.
As an HOA member, we switched our pool cleaning company to Cabana Pool Care four months ago and have seen a huge improvement in the pool’s condition. We also upgraded our pool equipment, and Cabana did an excellent job at a very competitive price. Rafael, their, always provides outstanding reports with before-and-after photos after each service. I would definitely recommend Cabana Pool Care.
As an HOA president and Board member who is originally from the north the only thing I can tell you about a pool is that I do not want one. We had a pool company that did the minimum or less! Spoke to Josh he came out within a week and loved everything about the services he offered especially getting pictures every time they come. Our old pool company would come out once or twice a week when we were paying them to come out three times a week. We got hit with 8 violations from the Health Dept. some for things and services we had paid them for! Once we told our old contractor we were not going to renew our contract they sabotaged our pool it changed colors, started running over the edge, and the filter housing was running over out and down our landscaping taking dirt run off with in, to the front side of our community. Called Josh in a panic around 5:30 p.m. Friday, he sent someone out and it only took them about 30 minutes to come. I forgot his name- sooo sorry but that technician was top notch and very professional, kind, and unbothered about being there as the sun was going away and it was nearly dark when he left. We had so many services that had to be done to our pool I can't even remember them all. He got us straight for the weekend, yes it was a Friday- to undo what our old pool company had done, didn't do, and should have done!!! They were simply amazing I don't have words to describe how grateful we were!! Josh was never bothered by my phone calls a few of which I had to make after hours, always sends someone out to fix our needs, make us feel comfortable and sometimes is able to diagnose issues and have "US" fix it over the phone when we send him pics and/or video. Then we got a cherry on top of the whipped cream when Raphael took over as our maintenance person full time. This dude loves his job!!!! It shows in everything that he does every time that he comes!!! Professional✓, friendly ✓, knowledgeable✓, engaging✓, hard worker even in 100+ temps and straight sun✓, I can't say enough other than I am so happy I found you guys and our LS community appreciates everything you do to keep our pool looking great!! The pricing is also very fair and reasonable!
