If I could give zero stars I would. Heck I would pay to be able to rate this business (if u can even call it a business) zero, or even better a negative number. Nina is super rude and extremely condescending to clients and any guests that are looking to make business with this place. I went to use this service what I got instead was a masterclass of chaos, that's all I can say no other words can describe my disappointment.
Nina runs a very professional accounting business. I have been using her services for over 10 years. She was there for me in getting my business in order and has kept me current with the IRS and other entities that demand my money. She is very good , honest and hard working. Anyone who 1 stars a business is an a$$hole.
I've been going to Nina for 15 yrs now. She's the best when you want your taxes done right. If you outstanding service call her. I also always tell her I want her vintage Gator poster. Haha
This place is amazing. Mrs. Neena is so very professional.patient.courteous and very well versed. She's been doing my mother's taxes for 10 year's so I decided to give her a try and she got me the Max REFUND. I was very PLEASED. I'm a new customer. Thank you so much.
I had to chase mina the "tax preparer" down for over 3 days to fix an issue "after paying" to prepare my taxes and the irs had an issue and made me redo the taxes and when i needed her to correct it she gave me excuses and eventually told me no after making an appointment. I don't recommend this business !
